Donna is a full time healthcare consultant, speaker, author, educator, and mentor serving the Medical Staff Services industry for over 40 years. Her diverse project experience includes assignments in every work environment and rapport building among all levels of professional and executive staff. Donna is a past President of NAMSS and her client work covers all of the industry's environments from Healthcare Systems to critical access hospitals.

About the speaker, Nicole Keller, MSHM, CPHQ, CPHIT, Scrum Master

Nicole has spent the past 10 years working in leadership positions in many different industry settings including academia, non-profit organizations and hospitals, as well as for-profit medical groups. She has been a change agent for healthcare reform and led agile and lean project management initiatives. She has also helped lead successful integrations of hospitals during systemizations as well as overseeing Medical Staff Office redesigns after implementation of a CVO. Nicole has been a proud member of Team Med Global since 2012. Her free time is spent as a Western Washington University Athletic Advisor, a Northwest Youth Services Board Member, and an enthusiastic wife and pup-mom.
