Selection Criteria

Lean Human Capital consultants evaluate and select winners based on the following criteria:  

Elite Honor Roll Organization Details

  • Talent Acquisition teams with top performance in Lean Human Capital’s Key Recruitment Metrics Performance Index, a combination of 17 metrics from 5 critical dimensions of performance: responsiveness, process efficiency, productivity, quality of hire, and customer satisfaction
  • Overall performance in Lean Human Capital’s validated Voice-of-the-Customer assessments (Hiring Manager, New Hire, and Non-Hired Applicant)
  • Ability to create and use a performance scorecard to manage their business and build a culture using data and fact
  • Demonstration of a strong commitment to continuous improvement and lifelong learning
  • Implementation of innovative solutions to improve key metrics and drive cost savings for their organizations

Raving Fan Hiring Manager Award Details

  • Talent Acquisition teams with top performance with respect to hiring manager satisfaction in Lean Human Capital’s validated Voice of the Customer survey assessments across the following dimensions, Understanding, Communication, Care, Satisfaction, Quality of Hire
  • Participation in VOC hiring manager assessment(s) within the past 12 months
  • Sustained improvement in performance during the past 12 months
  • Demonstration of a strong commitment to using Voice-of-the-Customer (VOC) assessments for implementation of continuous improvement initiatives

Raving Fan Candidate Experience Award Details

  • Talent Acquisition teams with top performance with respect to new hire and non-hired candidate satisfaction in Lean Human Capital’s validated Voice of the Customer survey assessments across the following dimensions, Website, HR/Recruiter experience, Hiring Manager experience
  • Participation in VOC new hire and non-hired applicant assessments within the past 12 months
  • Sustained improvement in performance during the past 12 months
  • Demonstration of a strong commitment to using Voice-of-the-Customer (VOC) assessments for implementation of continuous improvement initiatives

Elite Recruiter Award Details 

  • Individual talent acquisition professionals demonstrating outstanding performance and Voice of Customer hiring manager satisfaction, and contributions to their organizations

Elite Sourcer Award Details

  • Individual talent acquisition professionals demonstrating outstanding performance and contributions to their organizations through sourcing top quality candidates
