symplr customer Cone Health presented at HIMSS 2023

symplr customer Cone Health was selected to present its digitized peer review process by the Healthcare Information Management Systems Society at the HIMSS 2023 Annual Conference & Exhibition. A symplr customer since 2018, Cone Health is a North Carolina-based nonprofit healthcare system serving patients across 150 locations, including five hospitals and more than 120 physician practices.

Cone Health presented an education session titled, “A Health System’s Rapid Shift to Digital Peer Review,” focused on why health systems should digitize the peer review process in a post-COVID-19 healthcare environment, using Lean management principles and strategies to improve physicians’ engagement as reviewers.
