Rick Pleczko starts most of his days before the sun comes up. He hops on his bike and rides with some other “like-minded lunatics” around 5:30 in the morning before heading into his office.
His new office, the C-level suite at VCS Databases, a Houston-based software-as-a-service company with a focus in health care, is one he just moved into last month. The 25-year veteran of the Houston technology scene has had lengthy success in the industry, as he has joined several young companies and helped them grow.
Pleczko’s plan at VCS Databases involves a path of organic growth.
