Manny began his career in healthcare staffing in 1992 as a Travel Nurse Recruiter. Over the next 14 years, he held several executive level roles in various healthcare agencies. Following his true passion, Manny joined symplr CTM in 2006 with the goal for creating a staffing and recruiting platform that would equally support travel and per diem from an insider’s perspective. Today, he is the executive leader of the CTM business, which emphasizes innovation, customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
