Healthcare Facilities Can Now Complete Peer Referencing Process in Days Instead of Weeks or Months
Today, symplr®, a leading provider of Software as a Service (SaaS) based healthcare compliance and credentialing solutions, and SkillSurvey®, a leading online peer reference solution provider and certified member of the symplr Certified Partner Program™ , announced that SkillSurvey’s digital peer referencing solution integrates with symplr’s Cactus Provider Management Platform. This integration will provide Cactus users with an easy-to-use, digital peer reference experience that typically delivers feedback from providers’ peer references in less than three days.“While vital to ensuring the quality of healthcare providers, peer referencing can be time-consuming and error prone,” said Kyle Allain, General Manager and Vice President of Provider Management at symplr. “By partnering with SkillSurvey, clients can now automate much of what has been a manually intensive process while also increasing the accuracy of the data.”
Through the SkillSurvey and symplr integration the entire peer reference process is visible and can now be automated – from peer reference requests to the collection of completed surveys and follow up to non-responders. In addition, clients can customize forms specific to their organization or leverage SkillSurvey’s best practice forms. Once forms are completed, data is automatically loaded into the Cactus Provider Management system to fulfill credentialing requirements quickly and seamlessly.
