HOUSTON - JUNE 24, 2015 – symplrTM, a leading provider of Software as a Service (SaaS) based healthcare compliance and credentialing solutions, today announced that it has been awarded a national group purchasing contract with Premier, Inc., a leading healthcare improvement company headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina. Under the terms of the contract, symplr will offer Premier members a powerful, fully customizable web-based credentialing platform for the automated management and oversight of contractors, volunteers, nursing students, observers, and any other non-employee populations seeking access to their facilities. Premier members will now have the freedom to consolidate processes across multiple departments and design their own credentialing levels to enforce access protocols, adherence to infection control mandates, increase patient safety, and reduce financial risks from non-compliance.
