From required credentialing and background checks to real-time compliance visibility and onsite awareness, symplr Access helps health systems actively enforce access policies — not just monitor them.
The largest vendor network in healthcare means faster onboarding and less administrative effort.
Background checks, OIG/SAM screenings, expiration reminders, and training assignments all run automatically — and are required and included with every symplr Access subscription. No manual follow-up. No gaps. No add-on fees.

Vendors check in under 30 seconds via mobile or kiosk. Every visit documented automatically. Nothing required from your staff.
Real-time dashboards show who’s on-site, compliance status, and expiring credentials across every facility. Audit-ready data in under a minute.

Compliance verified before vendors enter — not after. Customizable policies, required annual screenings, and admin override for urgent situations.
The symplr Access Smart Badge doesn’t just show compliance status — it enforces it. Non-compliant vendors can’t check in, so compliance gets handled before they arrive, not at your front door.

symplr Access kiosks enable vendors to check in within 30 seconds, even without internet connectivity. This ensures smooth operations and compliance across every facility.

The mobile app empowers vendors to update credentials, schedule visits, and complete check-ins directly from their own devices—reducing administrative workload for staff.

Hospitals can assign facility-specific policies and required trainings to vendors, ensuring full compliance before they arrive on-site.

symplr Access provides real-time visibility into vendor compliance data for faster decision-making and simplified audits.
