Technology is effective when it solves a problem or improves a process. We never want to make a process change or adopt new technology just for the sake of doing things differently—but where it gives us the opportunity to save time and improve the quality of our work, then technology is a worthwhile change to implement.

Ever feel like there aren’t enough hours in a day? Look for ways to shave minutes off basic tasks, and those saved minutes can accumulate into some big savings over time.
