By signing the Order Form, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the terms and conditions of our Master Service and License Agreement, and any applicable Solution Terms, Courseware Brand Terms, or Third-Party Terms, noting that multiple Solution Terms, Courseware Brand Terms, or Third-Party Terms may apply depending on Customer’s Solution (e.g. On-Premises Solution Terms may apply in addition to Product Solution Terms), and if applicable to your Statement of Work, the Services General Terms. If your Solution concerns PHI and you do not have an existing Business Associate Agreement in place with symplr then you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the terms and conditions of our Business Associate Agreement.
