This report addresses whether full-text clinical studies, systematic reviews, and clinical practice guidelines and position statements support the use of suture transoral outlet reduction (TORe) with the OverStitch endoscopic suturing system (Boston Scientific) in patients with weight regain or inadequate weight loss after Roux-en-Y gastric bypass (RYGB) surgery.
