Brian's practice is devoted entirely to health care matters and providing counsel to hospitals, medical staffs and physician groups with an emphasis on medical staff, clinical integration and compliance issues. Brian deals with all types of medical staff matters, including bylaws, medical staff governance and modernization, quality of care issues, corrective action, disruptive and impaired physicians and related credentialing matters. He is a Vice Chair of the Medical Staff, Credentialing and Peer Review Practice Group of the American Health Lawyers Association and regularly speaks on medical staff issues across the country for various organizations.
