A part of VCS’s Complete Compliance™ solution, Visitor Management provides a simple solution to manage and track visitor access to an entire facility or certain areas such as a birthing center or emergency room. The product enables healthcare organizations to track who has access to which part of a building through an effortless visitor sign-in, sign-out system. It also includes a visitor logging feature, which provides real-time information about who’s on site and where. Hospital administrators and compliance staff can review the history of visitor access to help with incident management or forensic analysis, or simply search the database to find individual visitors.
