Prior to Joining VCS, Pleczko was the founder, president and CEO of Idera, which he grew to become a multi-national company with a broad product portfolio used by over 12,000 companies worldwide. Previously, he was Chief Marketing Officer at NetIQ Corporation, vice president of Products and Marketing at Mission Critical Software, vice president of Marketing at Platinum Technology, and senior vice president of Marketing at LBMS.
