M. Neil Kallmeyer, Managing Partner, CapStreet Group - Neil has 20 years of private equity and investment banking experience. He joined CapStreet in 2002, and prior to that worked for Wachovia Securities (fka First Union Securities / Bowles Hollowell Conner) in Charlotte, NC and Chemical Securities (now JP Morgan) in New York and Australia. Neil is currently Chairman of Gulf Stream Marine and VCS Holdings, and worked extensively with several former CapStreet portfolio companies, including Worldwise Holdings, Warren Alloy, Switch and Data Facilities Company (NASDAQ: SDXC) and Baseball Express. Neil obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from Texas A&M University and a Master of Business Administration from the Johnson School at Cornell University.
George B. Kelly, Chairman, CapStreet Group
George co-founded CapStreet in 1990 and has led numerous investments in a variety of industries. Prior to founding CapStreet, George was a Senior Vice President with Duncan Cook & Co., a Houston-based private equity firm and Rotan Mosle, a Houston-based investment banking firm. George obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Economics degree from Union College and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.
Arthur C. Roselle, Partner, Pamlico Capital
Mr. Roselle joined Pamlico Capital in 1999. His investing efforts are focused in Business & Technology Services and Healthcare. Prior to joining Pamlico Capital, Mr. Roselle was Executive Vice President of R-H Capital Partners and was Vice President of The Robinson-Humphrey Company. Mr. Roselle received a BA and an MA in Mathematics from The University of Virginia.

Before that Rick was Chief Marketing Officer at NetIQ Corporation, VP of Products & Marketing at Mission Critical Software, VP of Marketing at Platinum Technology, and SVP of Marketing at LBMS. Rick has also served as an Entrepreneur in Residence for Austin Ventures, is active as a board member and advisor for a number of early stage companies, and has been nominated for the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year award
Brian F. Chambers, Principal, Pamlico Capital
Mr. Chambers joined Pamlico Capital in 2015. His investing efforts are focused in the Healthcare industry. Prior to joining Pamlico Capital, Mr. Chambers was a Principal at Beecken Petty O’Keefe and an Analyst at Piper Jaffray. Mr. Chambers received a BBA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
Doug Shamon, Director, President and CEO Intermedix Corporation - Doug is the Founder, President, CEO, and Director of Intermedix Corporation. Since its inception in 2002, Intermedix has grown to 2,000 employees servicing thousands of healthcare providers, public health agencies, and emergency management organizations across the US and in 16 countries. Mr. Shamon began his career with Arthur Andersen and Co. and has over 20 years experience in leadership roles in the healthcare business services industry. He has held executive management positions in healthcare companies including, Certus Corporation, Transcend Services, Inc., and Medaphis Corporation (now McKesson Corporation). Mr. Shamon graduated from Boston College with a degree in business management and concentrations in accounting and computer science. He also holds an MBA degree with a concentration in finance from San Diego State University..
